Integrative Re-Patterning
Integrating Eastern & Western Holistic Healing Methods
THE HEART OF HEALING
Hello!
My name is Jason Lee. I have been learning and practicing massage
and bodywork for several years. Since my scope of practice is wide
and the techniques I employ are diverse, no two treatments I give may
be the same.
I use the most pure and natural treatments and products I can find
to give you the most holistic healing experience possible.
I believe in the validity of treatments in the healing process from
modern science to ancient wisdom.
I have found that true healing is always a combination of several
changes in one's lifestyle. I have seen many amazing personal
transformations since I started helping others.
Let me know how I can help guide you... Be Well!!!

Mission Statement
My aim is to help each individual reach a balance in life where maximum health, wellness and vitality can be achieved.

I believe that everyone can improve their well being through proper balance of nutrition, rest, exercise, healthy relationships and spiritual grounding. Every individual is unique and so are each person's requirements to maintain proper balance.
By positively influencing each individual, their life experience becomes more rewarding and happiness is more easily attained. This positive energy flows outward affecting everyone and over all improves the quality of that which we all share.
Only through our positive interactions with each other can we improve the quality of our community, state, country, the world and our own lives.

I am proud to be self-employed doing something that positively affects other people. Nothing I have done in life is more rewarding than helping other people heal as I, myself, continue to evolve and grow.

EDUCATION:
I began to study massage when my interest in it finally reached a peak during 1999. I then began learning therapeutic bodywork after sustaining a severe injury while mountain biking in Alaska in 2003 where I was living briefly. I also received Reiki level 1 & 2 attunements during that same year.
On the Winter Solstice of December 2006, I finished a 684 hour program at a private school in Dinkytown on the U of M campus called Centerpoint. My education there focused on understanding the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Shiatsu, a form of oriental bodywork similar to acupuncture except instead of using needles, the shiatsu therapist uses finger pressure to manipulate the flow of energy in the patient's body. I am now considered a Diplomat of Shiatsu.
I have also been studying and practicing various forms of yoga for the last 6 years, most recently attending Bikram & Core Power yoga classes in Uptown Minneapolis. Over the winter of 2009 - 2010 I was able to complete a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Certification through Corepower Yoga at the Minneapolis studio.

CURRENT INFO:
Currently, I have a room that I use for massage and bodywork at a wellness center in Uptown Minneapolis. During parts of this summer, I plan on traveling around the United States and helping with various festivals and fund-raisers that my close circle of friends will be promoting and producing or participating in.
Since I grew up in Minnesota, I am happy to know many contacts throughout the metropolitan area ranging from professional healers, teachers and performers in music, dance, & acting to people involved in inventing new technologies to keep our world a "greener" place, setting up intentional communities and non-profit organizations around the world, providing eco-friendly eating establishments and those who are dedicating their lives to the enlightenment of all sentient beings.

FUTURE PLANS:
After completing my basic Corepower Yoga teacher training,
I may now work on obtaining the 2nd part of the training, the
Extentions Program. After I complete this part of my training,
I will be able to become a full fledged Corepower Yoga
Instructor. In the meantime, I will be offering private instruction
to clients who want to work on their issues by adding yoga to
their routine.
I have now begun the Feng Shui Consultant Certification
through Carol Hyder's Wind and Water School of Feng Shui
right here in Minneapolis but I have recently taken a break
from it temporarily....
Some time in the next 2 years, I also expect to start school for
acupuncture, herbs and oriental diet therapy here in Minnesota
at Northwestern Health Sciences University or the AAAOM,
American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in
Roseville where I will eventually earn a Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Currently I am studying a wonderful healing technique called EFT
which focuses on healing negative emotions, memories, addictions and more!
- ask me more about EFT before your next session!!!

I also look forward to  planning for a trip out of the country
this next winter to anywhere tropical!!! Several people I know
travel extensively in Asia and Central / South America during winter.
I would like to make it to India, Tibet, Nepal, China, Thailand,
Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Japan,  Bali, Madagascar,  New
Zealand,  Australia, Peru,  Brazil, Mexico and Chile to name
a few... I am focusing on planting my two feet on each continent!!!!
